Volunteers are always needed in a variety of positions – talk with the pastors or a church council member for information!  There is a place for you!  Behind the scenes, St. John’s depends on a wide variety of volunteers in all areas of the life of our church. Besides the volunteer council and leadership positions, our many volunteers teach Sunday School, help with various jobs on Wednesday Night Live, maintain our library and archives, distribute flowers, host the Fellowship Time after worship, keep the pew racks organized, help in preparing the Enlightener and Herald, drive people without transportation to church & home, staff our nursery, record our services on CD, offer hospitality during worship services, serve our umbrella ministry, and many other projects. Some of these volunteer projects can be done to fit your schedule and do not require too much time.  You are invited to share your time and talents – please speak with our pastors or church council members about how you can help!
