Wednesday Communion

Note:  Our Wednesday communion has been ‘on hold’ since the COVID-19 pandemic began in March, 2020.  Our Church Council will decide if and when this will return to our regular schedule.  When their decision is made, we will update this information.  For now, watch for Communion to be part of our worship services on selected Sunday mornings and join us then.

Our Pre-Pandemic Schedule:  On scheduled Wednesdays throughout the year, St. John’s offered a time for communion and personal worship and reflection in the sanctuary.  These were generally scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month from 12 noon to 1 pm, with additional weekly Wednesday Communion at noon during the seasons of Lent and Advent.

The Sacrament of Communion is also part of our 8:00 am and 10:15 am Sunday worship services on selected Sundays throughout the year – usually about once a month, and also during our 11 pm Christmas Eve service and our Maundy Thursday evening service.

Please check the Communion schedule on your St. John’s calendar, or in the Herald, eHerald, weekly bulletin, or the Enlightener.
