St. John's Sanctuary
On the cusp of St. John’s 150th anniversary, we invite our congregation and neighbors to celebrate the church’s rich history and pastoral lineage through the formal installation of our new senior pastor.
Even though all ministry is temporary and transitional, an installation is a way of marking a moment in which a congregation and pastor have chosen one another for their next chapter of ministry together. It is a way of affirming the movement of the Spirit that has called a particular leader and a congregation to be the best version of themselves possible for this time, in this place, trusting God’s grace along the way.

Assembly Hall
The St. John’s UCC Board of Educators is hosting a Community Game Night in our Assembly Hall! Bring some games (a selection of games from our growing “game library” will be available), snacks to share and enjoy the evening.

The October Women’s Retreat will meet one week earlier than usual. The presenter will be Luchi Luzares who will speak about her mother’s remarkable legacy and long standing connection with Global Ministries of the United Church of Christ.

We provide yarn, needles, and instruction, and all are welcome! The Praying Hand Stitchers is a group of dedicated people who enjoy knitting and crocheting for good causes.

The St. John’s Stampers was started when one of our members received a hand made card. She asked if anyone would be interested in making them and the Stampers was formed. No talent needed, we’ll show you how!
